Terms and Conditions of Sale

PARTICIPATION: The practice of our activities requires good health and no medical contraindications for the activity, adherence to the minimum age requirements, and compliance with the safety instructions for each activity and the conditions outlined below.

SUPERVISION: Minors must be supervised by responsible adults who must remain present in the park throughout the activity. The supervision ratio to be respected is 1 adult for 3 children for those under 6 years old and 1 adult for 6 children for those over 6 years old.

SAFETY: Instructions are displayed at each activity. They must be understood by everyone and respected for all activities.

WEATHER CONDITIONS: Activities take place outdoors. Weather conditions are never a cause for cancellation, unless there are risks associated with bad weather. Once the activity is confirmed by La Crique, no refunds will be made.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: La Crique accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings. Valuables are strongly discouraged. Please note, we do not have lockers on site to store your belongings!

INSURANCE: La Crique has professional civil liability insurance. However, participants must have individual civil liability insurance, or be covered by their parents’ or the responsible organization’s insurance.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS: Registrations for activities are made by reservation via phone or email, depending on availability. Your registration will only be considered valid upon receipt of a 50% deposit and the signed booking contract.

By registering, you acknowledge being informed and accept our general sales conditions. The subscriber also agrees to inform and have all participants read and approve the general sales conditions and any related documentation.

CANCELLATION:

  • TOTAL Cancellation by the client: Any cancellation made by you before the activity begins must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The cancellation date used for billing the cancellation fees will be the date of receipt of this letter. If you cancel more than 90 days before the activity, the amounts paid will be refunded or can be applied to another reservation within 1 year. However, a flat fee of €90 for administrative costs will be retained. From 90 days before the activity, the following cancellation fees apply: 90 to 46 days: 30% of the total amount 45 to 21 days: 50% of the total amount 20 to 8 days: 70% of the total amount 7 to 2 days: 90% of the total amount Less than 2 days: 100% of the total amount Any service interrupted or not consumed due to the participant or subscriber, for whatever reason, will not be refunded. Cancellation due to weather: see weather conditions.

  • PARTIAL Cancellation by the client: Between J-90 and J-15, partial cancellations not exceeding 20% of the group size are accepted without charge. Between J-15 and J-7, partial cancellations not exceeding 10% of the group size are accepted without charge.

Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to injury, hospitalization, or death of a close relative, you must inform us no later than the same day and provide a medical certificate within 48 hours, or a death certificate, to qualify for a refund or exemption from charges. If not, La Crique will be obliged to charge for all reserved services.

Cancellation by La Crique: Depending on weather conditions, safety issues, or for any other reason, La Crique may be forced to cancel activities. In such cases, a new date will be agreed upon by both parties. If no agreement can be reached, participants will be fully refunded without any further compensation.

OUR ACTIVITY PRICES INCLUDE: Entry to Criq’Parc for the children's park activity, and free admission for accompanying adults (limited to one adult per 3 children), for a maximum duration of 3 hours.

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Your travel to the activity departure point.
